These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the beje platform and its website, mobile version, and all related services. When you create an account, log in, or use any service on beje, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

This document may be updated from time to time. If you continue using the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have accepted the revised Terms as well. We therefore encourage you to review this page regularly.

1.1 Definitions

The meanings of certain terms used in these Terms are as follows:

• "Platform" — beje's website, app, and all related digital services.
• "User" or "You" — any person who has created an account or is using the platform.
• "Services" — cricket betting, slots, live casino, poker, Lucky Piggy, and any other gaming activities provided by beje.
• "Account Balance" — the total of cash and bonus funds held in your account.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits granted by beje, usable subject to specified conditions.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳300. Transactions below this amount will not be processed.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks).
• Deposited funds must come from an account registered in your own name.
• Third-party accounts or anonymous payment methods may not be used.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• The same payment method used for the deposit must be used for withdrawal.
• Cash withdrawals may be temporarily held if an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process is incomplete.

beje runs various bonuses and promotions for new and existing users. Each offer has its own specific terms. The general bonus policy below applies to all promotions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and get a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳34,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳54,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit).

4.3 Additional Bonus Usage Conditions

• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• Bonuses must be used within a specified time period; any unused bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• If beje determines that bonus abuse has occurred — such as arbitrage or claiming bonuses from multiple accounts — the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• beje reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer.

beje is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, beje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without notice and forfeit all balances.

6.1 beje VIP Program

beje operates three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Users may advance to a higher tier based on regular play. Detailed terms for VIP benefits apply separately.

6.2 Responsible Gaming Commitment

beje believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — it should never become a problem. We place the highest priority on responsible gaming:

• Users can set their own deposit and bet limits.
• A self-exclusion option is available to temporarily suspend your own account if needed.

7.1 Closure by the User

You may request account closure at any time through our support team. Any remaining cash balance can be withdrawn before closure, however unused bonus funds will not be returned.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by beje

beje may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing a false identity or information.
• Court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
• Prolonged inactivity of the account.

In the event of a dispute regarding a legitimate balance, beje will investigate through a defined process and the decision will be considered final.

8.1 Service Availability

beje always strives to ensure a high-quality service. However, we are not obligated to provide financial compensation for temporary service disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

8.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error causes an incorrect result to be displayed in a game, beje reserves the right to void that round or correct it to the accurate result. In such cases, the placed bet will be refunded.

8.3 Dispute Resolution Process
